Set in the fast-paced heart of Manhattan, Paws in the City follows Issa, a rising social media manager whose promising career comes crashing down after a disastrous mishap ruins a young starlet’s reputation.

Branded unemployable in the industry she once dominated, Issa is forced to accept the only job available — caring for Camila, a glossy-maned and notoriously temperamental dachshund diva. What begins as a reluctant gig soon turns into a daily adventure of playdates, pet psychics, and unexpected lessons.

As Issa navigates life with Camila, she discovers that the dog’s bark is far worse than her bite — much like Camila’s charming yet reclusive owner, Theo. Slowly, walls begin to fall, and unlikely bonds start to form.

What started as a desperate attempt to keep a roof over her head and support her 14-year-old sister becomes an opportunity for Issa to rebuild her confidence, reunite her family, and rediscover her path to success — and possibly love.
