Chelsea FC has announced that defender Caleb Wiley will spend the upcoming season on loan at Strasbourg, a French Ligue 1 club.
The temporary transfer was confirmed by the Blues in a statement published on their official website on Sunday, with Wiley set to gain valuable experience in France’s top division.”
“Chelsea defender Caleb Wiley has completed a season-long loan move to Ligue 1 side Strasbourg. Good luck, Caleb,” Chelsea’s statement partly read.
Wiley joined the Premier League west London club from Atlanta United last month before representing the USA at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
